A 15 weeks Training and Business Coaching program designed for Start-ups and SMEs at Accelerator stage.
We are passionate about the creative spirit of entrepreneurs. We are looking for entrepreneurs who are passionate about leaving their mark, building their legacy, and impact the world positively. Entrepreneurs are active members of our society, creators, risk-takers, and key players in the economic development of a country.
However It’s hard to be an entrepreneur. There are always doubts in their mind. Every day, there are dozens of decisions to be made. A customer/an opportunity could change their direction.
Target Participants
- SMEs and non-profit organizations (registered or not) in their start-up or accelerator stage
- Priority given to entrepreneurs in the province, Women Entrepreneurs, Creative industry and Social Projects
- Age of entrepreneurs, from 20 to 50 years old
- Profile: Passionate entrepreneur and Impactful projects
Problems they face
We deeply understand the challenges they face: loneliness, feeling lost, feeling overloaded, lack of self-confidence and skills, financial issues and team challenges.
- Lack of vision
- Lack of sustainability model
- No clear business plan
Our Solution
- A complete program, from setting a clear foundation, building entrepreneurship capacity to strategizing and implementing new solutions on the operational level
- A unique methodology that lifts up all the obstacles for them to succeed in this learning journey.
Program delivery
- 3 months of training
- 10 hours of video content
- 20 exercises
- 20 sessions of mentoring and coaching
- Final business plan presentation or pitching
How will they learn?
The program was scaled up nationwide in 2023, allowing 80 companies from eight provinces to participate. We have created a mobile and web application with over ten hours of video content. Our entrepreneurs receive new videos and exercises every two weeks, alternated with group coaching sessions. Additionally, we provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions at key stages of learning.
Online learning has its pros and cons, as expected. The biggest benefit we observed was that, pre-viewing the videos before meeting us online, allowed participants to watch the lesson several times at their own pace, triggering deeper questions. As a result, in addition to being accessible to all, even those living in rural areas, the program also promotes self-learning and accountability skills. We have observed that this way of learning is more successful than exclusively on-site instruction.

Creative Catalyst Program & Thrive Grant
Cambodian Living Arts (CLA) was offering an opportunity for ten leaders of informal, emerging, artistic and cultural initiatives to participate in an eight-week program, facilitated by Enterprise Vision Academy.
The program gave space for the participants to develop their vision for the future of their initiative and reflect on the organizational effort and structure behind their initiative.
At the end of the program, they would have the opportunity to share their ideas with a panel of expert advisors, who would give them feedback and suggestions as to how they might go forward.
Six out of ten participants were selected to move on to the “THRIVE PROGRAM” stage. Enterprise Vision Academy was commissioned again to provide 3-6 months’ Mentoring and Coaching to those promising art organizations in order to help them define their sustainability plan.
Target Participants
Grass-root art organizations such as theatre, dance, cultural festival, art school, formal and non-formal groups who have been existing for at least 3 years.
Some of them were located in the provinces.
Problems they face
These art organizations were facing many challenges: lack of clarity on their vision and mission, no understanding of how to lead their entity, and last but not least, financial sustainability.
Our Solution
First phase of the program focused on giving a broad overview of how to run an art organization and short mentoring sessions to validate their vision and mission.
Second phase, 1-1 mentoring and coaching sessions to top executives in order to build a 2 year strategy plan, involving in some cases, Life Coaching sessions.
Program delivery
- 6 months program
- 2 master class & 2 presentation events
- 60 hour of one-to-one coaching
- Group mentoring

Why does the world need more Change Makers?
The world needs more change makers because they are the ones who can help solve the world’s problems. In today’s world, we need more radical thinkers, less tinkering around the edges, and more design for impact and inclusion at scale.
Change makers are the future “social entrepreneurs” and “impactful leaders”. The youths we have trained showed amazing abilities to think out of the box when they are well guided, they are able to come up with a vision of their own and are willing to take action to make things happen. During our time with them, they could improve their ability to solve problems creatively and to come up with realistic solutions to complex issues.

Creating a pool of Mentors for Cambodia
An 8 weeks Training and Mentoring program supported by UNDP.

We highly value the collaboration we had with Impact Hub Phnom Penh, Life Coach Sokuntha Eam and the bonds we created with all the Mentors who participated in this program, making it a wonderful human journey. We are always delighted to see some of them choosing Mentoring/Coaching as their career and believe that together we can really help develop human capabilities in Cambodia.
We are looking forward to further involving them in some of our programs whenever the opportunity presents itself.
